Sub-letting
You may sub-let your apartment, for a limited period of time, if you are going to study or temporarily work in another area.
You can also be granted permission to test a partnership relationship.
A written application must be handed in by the contracted tenant and the proposed sub-tenant. At the same time, hand in your letter of acceptance from the educational institution you are to attend, or a letter of employment.
PLEASE NOTE! No additional rent may be charged by the contracted tenant over and above the rent that applies to the property. The recommendations/norms of the Tenant's Association shall be followed. Failure to do this may be reported to the Rental Tribunal who can order repayment to be made.
