Reporting faults


You should report faults to our Boservice (Home Service), telephone number 0470-74 85 10 or go into Customer service/Log in to tenants' pages. 

Remember that you cannot report emergency faults via the tenants' page as these reports are only read once a day.

For emergency faults after office hours, please contact SOS Alarm 0470-247 73.
