The customer ombudsman's task is to deal with tenants who are dissatisfied with a decision or a the way a particular case has been handled. The parties make their views known regarding the case and thereafter the customer ombudsman's task is to make an objective assessment.
If the parties still cannot agree, even with the ombudsman's help, then the case goes further.
If you, as a tenant, have contacted Växjöhem with a complaint, but do not feel that you have been listened to, you can also contact the customer ombudsman. Our ambition is to have satisfied customers.
